Winter Weather Cancellations


Your safety is most important to us during severe winter weather!

Know before you get on the road! 

CANCELLATIONS

In the case of winter weather storms, please check closings (e.g. schools) on your local news for the town in which the class is being held. Rule of Thumb: If the town CANCELS school/businesses for the day, then our classes are canceled as well.

DELAYS  

  • Our half-day morning programs are canceled 
  • Afternoon programs will run as scheduled 
  • Full day programs will start one hour later and run one hour later

OTHER
Winter weather is unpredictable! If a storm hits during a school vacation week, we will notify all participants about cancellations 24 hours in advance. Notifications will be sent to the email that was provided at the time of registration. 

 
RESCHEDULING
We will work with instructors to reschedule classes that were cancelled or delayed due to winter weather. Attendees will be notified of the new class schedule to the email that was provided at time of registration. In the event that we cannot reschedule a credit will be issued to your account.
