Exhibitor Cost:

Exhibitor Setup/Tear Down:

The exhibit hall will close on Thursday, October 1 at the conclusion of the reception

Exhibit Hall Open for Welcome Reception

Thursday, Oct 1 | Exhibit Hall Opens at 8am

Attendees will be encouraged to visit the exhibit hall on Wednesday evening and throughout the day on Thursday to complete their Score Card for a chance to win two rocking camp chairs.  We have a 20 minute break scheduled between the morning CE classes and a 30 minute break during the afternoon sessions on Thursday. You can expect an influx of attendees from 10:40-11:00am & 2:30-3:00pm. An extended lunch is offered to give attendees the chance to visit each booth. The day will wrap up with an Exhibitor Reception from 4:30pm to 6:00pm. At the conclusion of the reception, the evening will move to Emerald Ballroom for Dinner & Dueling Pianos. (All exhibitor prizes will be announced at the conclusion of the Exhibitor Reception at 6:00pm)

Exhibitor Prizes/Give-a-ways:

If you plan to have a prize or give-a-way, these prizes will be announced at the end of the Exhibit Reception on Thursday. VIAA staff will come around to gather your winners. You will be in charge of getting the prize to the recipient as VIAA will not take any prizes on someone’s behalf.
