Todd Dailey is President & COO of Insurance Management Group and founder of Premium Logic, a data and analytics firm serving independent agencies. A former Director of Technology at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Todd brings two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and insurance.
Greg Dunphy, Loss Control Manager at Vermont Mutual Insurance Group, has 30+ years of experience in Risk Management and Financial Loss Mitigation. In his role, Greg manages a team of five Loss Control Specialists, one dedicated field representative, and multiple vendor relationships supporting the PL and CL inspection process.
Greg and his team navigate 20,000+ inspections annually including recommendation issuance and compliance follow up and provide resources as subject matter experts for our internal Vermont Mutual teams and our Agency partners. Greg is an active CPCU member and sits on multiple Insurance industry related partner committees.
Mark Male is the Executive Director of the Vermont Insurance Agents Association (VIAA) and has spent much of his career working alongside independent insurance agents and professionals throughout the insurance industry. With more than 30 years of experience in association leadership, Mark brings a practical, real-world perspective to the challenges insurance professionals face every day.
Throughout his career, Mark has worked closely with agents, association leaders, policymakers, and industry partners, giving him a unique understanding of the responsibilities that come with serving clients, running an agency, and representing the independent insurance community.
His experience spans executive leadership, strategic and financial planning, advocacy, and public policy, including many years representing association members before legislative committees. Mark’s approach to ethics is grounded not just in rules and regulations, but in the everyday decisions, relationships, and responsibilities that build trust and define a successful career in insurance.
