VIAA and the Big “I” is excited to announce the launch of an all-new TrustedChoice.com — a now free, consumer-facing agency locator where insurance shoppers are searching for independent agents in their area. Every Big “I” member gets a free listing included with their membership. No subscription. No fee. No opt-in required. Same URL. Entirely new mission.

Earlier this year, the Big “I” Board made the decision to divest the assets of TrustedChoice.com. As part of that arrangement, the Big “I” retains the TrustedChoice.com name, and on June 1st it was relaunched as a free member benefit. This new site is now fully owned and managed by the Big “I” and is no longer utilizing a subscription model.

To make the most of your free listing, the admin for your company will need to log in and update your agency profile — particularly the coverages you provide — to ensure consumers can find you accurately.
