In-Agency Programs

The in-house education program is a convenient, cost-effective way for your agency to custom design the continuing education program that is geared for your employees and their specific needs.

In-house classes allow you and your team to complete courses on your own terms. VIAA handles everything from coordinating with the instructor and securing CE approval to ordering materials and reporting credits.

In-House Costs:

The cost includes instructor fees, course approval fees, shipping & handling of materials, cost of materials, filing fees, and a 20% processing fee for VIAA members. (Non-Members will be charged a 40% processing fee.)

Instructors:

This program gives you the choice of instructors and topics at your convenience. Instructors will charge for a full day of teaching regardless of if program is whole or half day.  It will be more cost effective to have an instructor for a whole day. Our instructors will only make arrangements to conduct a seminar in conjunction with VIAA. They will not make arrangements with an agency directly.


VIAA Education Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, VIAA must receive a cancellation request five days (5) prior to the class and any study material must be returned. Requests received within the five (5) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No Shows” forfeit the entire registration fee. 

If VIAA cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, members will be awarded an 18-month credit for future education.
