Out of an abundance of concern and care for our members all VIAA Live Classes will be held virtually until further notice. All classes/progrms will be held via Zoom webinars.
We are also offering on-demand webinar options with ABEN and My Agency Campus.
CISR & CIC Courses are now offered virtually with our Mass Agents Partners.
Registration Tips:
- VIAA has a updated registration platform to register for classes. In order to receive member pricing, you must confirm your email address or use your previous user name and password to confirm membership.
- CIC & CISR classes are provided through a marketing arrangement with MAIA. Clicking on these classes will redirect you to the MAIA website
- ABEN classes are provided through an agreement between ABEN & VIAA. In order to register as member for these classes, you must register as a new user if you have not previously taken a class through ABEN.
Internet Browser:
This registration system does not support Internet Explorer. In order to complete your registration, you must use Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, IIARI must receive a cancellation request three days (3) prior to the class and any study material must be returned. Requests received within the three (3) day period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. "No Shows" forfeit the entire registration fee.
